RDP Houses

Residents of Greater Tzaneen Municipality will benefit 595 low cost houses. Sonopela, Hapelane and Senakwe villages which form ward 1 of the Greater Tzaneen Municipality will share 415 houses, 30 houses will be for emergencies.

Farm workers who reside in Thsamahansi will be recipients of 70 houses. Tupato Properties have already completed 75 houses in Maribathema village while a further five houses will be built in Bonn Village through the Intervention of Deputy President Kgalema Mothlanthe who visited the village in April this year.
